Via Maris offers free ground shipping on all US orders over $150 USD. We also offer both expedited and ground shipping options. 

We currently ship to the US, Canada, France, Germany, Austria, The United Kingdom, Ukraine, The Netherlands, and Australia. For other International orders please email us directly at shalom@via-maris.com to inquire and we’ll do our best. 

If you would like to return an item, please reach out to our customer experience team at: shalom@via-maris.com. Please include your order number and the item you would like to return. *International orders are not eligible for returns at this time.*

Refunds will be processed upon receipt of return, less the cost of return shipping. Via Maris will refund customers for the price of the product plus tax once returned. Please note that Via Maris cannot refund the original shipping costs, and that return shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund as well. Please allow 5-7 business days for return processing once the return has been received. Candles, mezuzah scrolls, and greeting cards are non-returnable and are considered final sale. 

We are not able to offer direct exchanges at this time.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PRODUCTS? 

We recommend a soft slightly damp cloth to care for your Via Maris products. All mezuzah products are made with UV resistant paint and all candleholders are made with heat resistant paint up to 800 degrees fahrenheit. Remove hard candle wax with a soft tool (chopsticks work great).

All standard orders are typically processed and shipped in 1 to 2 business days.  In many cases, if your order is placed before 2 PM EST your order will ship the same day.  As a small brand, we take this time to pack your order with the utmost care. As soon as your package is scanned by our shipping partner you’ll be able to see relevant tracking information and a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you.

Please note that Via Maris does not cover any import customs duties for international orders that may be collected by your local government upon receiving your package.  We are unable to estimate what this cost may be as it is handled by individual government agencies. As soon as your package is scanned by our shipping partner you’ll be able to see relevant tracking information. Please note, some shipments may be delayed due to Covid-19 - we thank you in advance for your patience.
*International orders may be subject to customs, tariffs, or taxes upon delivery.* Via Maris cannot anticipate local government import fees and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any fees incurred to their government agency.  
Via Maris offers free ground shipping on all US orders over $150 USD. We also offer discounted shipping through USPS, and calculated-rate, express & overnight shipping through FedEx.

 

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY? 
If you would like to return an item, please reach out to our customer team at: shalom@via-maris.com. Please include your order number and the item you would like to return in your email. 
Refunds will be processed upon receipt of return, less the cost of return shipping. Via Maris will refund customers for the price of the product plus tax once returned. Please note that Via Maris cannot refund the original shipping costs, and that return shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund as well. Please allow 5-7 business days for return processing. International orders (outside of the US) are not eligible for returns at this time. 
 
Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate their return request. Returns initiated after this window will not be processed. No exceptions. Even for your Bubbe. 
ELIGIBILITY 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns initiated but not deemed by Via Maris to be resalable at full retail value will not be processed. Return initiators will be notified, and will be responsible for claiming their product.  
SALE ITEMS
Without exception, sale items - including items purchased using discount codes are non-refundable and considered FINAL SALE. There is no price matching on sale items. No exceptions. Even for your Rabbi.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Even for your son, who's a doctor. 
REFUNDS
All refunds will be processed upon receipt of return at Via Maris. The cost of return shipping will be automatically deducted from the refund total.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it. Simply email us at shalom@via-maris.com and let us know what the issue is and we’ll do our best to replace the item quickly.  Manufacturing defects are assessed on a case by case basis.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
We are not able to offer direct exchanges at this time. 
DO YOU OFFER A PRODUCT GUARANTEE?
Our customer satisfaction is very important to us and we will repair or replace any and all products that are defective as a result of manufacturing defects. Manufacturing faults are assessed on a case by case basis with proof of purchase from www.via-maris.com and will be considered within a year after the purchase date.
