We ship Monday - Friday. If you place an order for overnight delivery, please note it will ship on the first available business day. Overnight orders must be received at 12pm EST to ship same-day.
All standard orders are typically processed and shipped in 2 to 3 business days. As soon as your package is scanned by our shipping partner you’ll be able to see relevant tracking information and a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you.
We currently ship to the US, Canada, France, Germany, Austria, The UK, Italy, Ukraine, Spain, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Sweden, and Australia. Please note international shipping rates are calculated on our site directly by FedEx. Our prices do not include customs or duties for International orders.

Refunds will be processed upon receipt of return, less the cost of return shipping - $10. Via Maris will refund customers for the price of the product plus tax once returned. Please note that Via Maris cannot refund the original shipping costs, and that return shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for return processing once the return has been received. **Candles, mezuzah scrolls, and greeting cards are non-returnable and are considered final sale.**
Please note, if you need to cancel an order that has already been placed a return fee of $10 will be applied and deducted from the final refund.

Our Trace and Block Chanukiahs are designed to fit most standard sized Chanukah candles. Unfortunately there is no universally accepted size Chanukah candle, but our sizing is based on the average. We offer Via Maris Chanukah candles designed specifically for our products, in 4 matching colors that are sized accordingly. The diameter of our candles is: 0.34 inches.
HOW TO CLEAN WAX
The wax we use in our products will dry hard and will be less sticky than other waxes. After your candles have burned and dried completely, it should be relatively easy to loosen the remaining wax by giving it a little nudge and it should release in one piece from the holder. If any wax remains, a soft dry cloth should be able to buff any residue away.

Please note, our products have been designed to use with wax candles and we do not recommend using with oil.
HOW TO ROLL A KLAF
Start with a flat scroll. Make sure that it is right side up with 'Shema' on the top-right. Begin gently rolling from left to right - trying to roll and not fold as that will crease the parchment. When you are done, you should see the Hebrew word 'Shadai' on the outside.

Our kosher mezuzah scrolls are ethically made and sourced directly by us. We work with a female scribe and Rabbi in Israel who produces our exquisite scrolls - each taking up to 4 hours to complete by hand.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
If you would like to return an item, please reach out to our team at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number and the item you would like to return.
**International orders are not eligible for returns at this time**
Refunds will be processed upon receipt of return. Unless your product arrived damaged or in a non satisfactory condition, you will be responsible for paying $10 for your own return shipping which will be deducted from your final refund. Returns must be unused and in their original packaging to be returned; if we determine an item has not met this criteria, we will contact the customer to notify them. Via Maris will refund customers for the price of the product plus tax once returned. Please note that Via Maris cannot refund the original shipping costs, and that return shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for return processing once the return has been received by our warehouse.

International orders (outside of the US) are not eligible for any returns at this time.
Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate their return request. Once a return request has been made, customers have 7 days to initiate the return of their item by mail. Returns initiated after this window will not be processed. No exceptions. Even for your Bubbe.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show successful delivery to the order address, however we will do our best to assist you. Please contact us at email@example.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns initiated but not deemed by Via Maris to be resalable at full retail value will not be processed. Return initiators will be notified, and will be responsible for claiming their product.
Without exception, sale items - including items purchased using any discount codes (except for welcome discount) are non-refundable and considered FINAL SALE. There is no price matching on sale items. No exceptions. Even for your Rabbi.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Even for your son, who's a doctor.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what the issue is and we’ll do our best to replace the item quickly.
