WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
If you would like to return an item, please reach out to our team at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number and the item you would like to return.
**International orders are not eligible for returns at this time**
Refunds will be processed upon receipt of return. Unless your product arrived damaged or in a non satisfactory condition, you will be responsible for paying $10 for your own return shipping which will be deducted from your final refund. Returns must be unused and in their original packaging to be returned; if we determine an item has not met this criteria, we will contact the customer to notify them. Via Maris will refund customers for the price of the product plus tax once returned. Please note that Via Maris cannot refund the original shipping costs, and that return shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for return processing once the return has been received by our warehouse.
**Candles, mezuzah scrolls, and greeting cards are non-returnable and are considered final sale.**
International orders (outside of the US) are not eligible for any returns at this time.
Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate their return request. Once a return request has been made, customers have 7 days to initiate the return of their item by mail. Returns initiated after this window will not be processed. No exceptions. Even for your Bubbe.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns initiated but not deemed by Via Maris to be resalable at full retail value will not be processed. Return initiators will be notified, and will be responsible for claiming their product.
Without exception, sale items - including items purchased using any discount codes (except for welcome discount) are non-refundable and considered FINAL SALE. There is no price matching on sale items. No exceptions. Even for your Rabbi.

All refunds will be processed upon receipt of return at Via Maris. The cost of return shipping will be automatically deducted from the refund total.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it. Simply email us at email@example.com and let us know what the issue is and we’ll do our best to replace the item quickly. Manufacturing defects are assessed on a case by case basis.
